Our own system

MARS Admin

We run two websites and an app in two stores, and the company is two people. Checking rankings, page speed, indexing, and outages by hand would take hours every week, so we built a system that does it on its own.

What it does every day

  • Records where our app ranks in the App Store and Google Play for a fixed set of keywords.
  • Pulls data from Google Search Console and measures page speed with PageSpeed Insights.
  • Asks an AI assistant (Gemini with Google Search) the questions buyers ask and records whether it names our sites. The score covers 28 days, because the answers change from one day to the next.
  • Checks every morning for anything broken: the sitemap, the response of each page, indexing, traffic drops, and store rankings.
  • After 14, 28, and 56 days, compares the results of pages we changed, so we can see what actually helped.

What it does every week

Runs an SEO audit of each site and proposes new keywords and new questions to check in AI assistants. A person accepts or rejects each proposal.

An agent applies technical fixes on its own, and a person reads every change to titles, descriptions, and headings first. A separate check in the repository reverts any agent change that goes outside its remit.

What this means for clients

It's the same kind of work we do for other companies: scheduled jobs collect data, check it, and only bring a person what needs a decision. Everything described here runs for us every day.
