Common questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, so we give you a price after the call, in writing, before any work starts. The call itself is free.
How long does it take?
The deadline goes into the quote together with the scope and price. We split larger projects into stages so the first part works as soon as possible.
Will my data go to outside companies?
Only if you agree. On every project we tell you where data is processed. If it can't leave the company, we run the language model on your own hardware.
Which systems can you connect to?
Tools that have an API or a data export: CRMs, online stores, spreadsheets, email, accounting systems. If something can't be connected, we'll tell you on the first call.
Who will do the work?
Michał and Adam, in person. We write the code and answer the messages ourselves, so you always talk to the person doing the work.
What if something stops working?
Under a care agreement we monitor the system and fix outages. The terms, including response times, are written into the contract.
