These terms cover the use of this website. They do not replace any separate written agreement covering work we do for you; where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
The content here
We keep this site accurate, but nothing on it is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result. Scope, price, and timelines for any project are agreed in writing before work starts.
Our work and ownership
The MARS Development name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us. The ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement.
Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from use of this website itself. Liability for delivered work is governed by the relevant project agreement.
Governing law
Polish law applies, and the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office handle any dispute.
