Who we are

MARS Development sp. z o.o. operates this website. For any question about your data, write to studio@marsdevelopment.pl.

What we collect

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.

We measure traffic using privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you. We see aggregate figures such as page views and country, not individuals.

We collect technical error reports so we can fix faults. These are configured not to store your IP address.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not share your enquiry with anyone outside our company except the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf.

Who processes data for us

Our website and database are hosted by Vercel and Supabase. Notification email is sent through Resend. Each of these acts as a processor on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the business relationship is relevant, and delete them on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email studio@marsdevelopment.pl and we will respond. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
