Who we are

What we collect

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They don't use cookies and don't build a profile of you. We see aggregate figures such as page views, country, and page load speed, not individuals.

If we emailed your company

Sometimes we email companies to offer a free conversation. We take the email address, company name and website from public sources: the company's own website or OpenStreetMap.

We use them only to send one message and at most one reminder. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in proposing cooperation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you reply "no" or ask us to delete your data, we will not write again, and we keep the address only on our do-not-contact list. If you don't reply, we delete the data after 6 months.

We send these messages through Google Workspace (Gmail), which acts as a processor on our instructions.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not share your enquiry with anyone outside our company except the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf.

Who processes data for us

Our website and database are hosted by Vercel and Supabase. Notification email is sent through Resend. Each of these acts as a processor on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the business relationship is relevant, and delete them on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict processing, or object to how we use it. Email studio@marsdevelopment.pl and we will respond. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
